Executive Guide
This guide provides cities with practical resources and guidance to plan with equity in mind, building climate-resilient cities which engage with communities in fair and just ways.

such policies, supporting cities to advance climate action through an inclusive engagement and planning process that results in more equitable outcomes. It identifies key principles and policy recommendations for city leaders and decision-makers to ensure that their climate action measures are rooted in the relevant socio-economic context, and provides practical recommendations for cities to implement inclusive climate policies.
