Ludmilla serves as an Energy and Climate Specialist at UNDP and as a Regional Technical Advisor for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). She has over 14 years of experience in the design and implementation of energy programs to advance the climate agenda in LAC.
Ludmilla provides technical and policy advice on sustainable energy and works with diverse global donors to attract and direct public and private investment to climate change mitigation initiatives, environmental governance, resource mobilization and sustainable cities, including sustainable transport. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg (Germany).
