Evgenia is a climate resilience expert leading ICLEI’s engagement in facilitating integrated climate action planning worldwide through flagship projects and initiatives. She coordinates UrbanShift's National Dialogues, Asia Forums, and other regional events. Evgenia has experience consolidating strategic partnerships and managing large-scale events, including program development, team and project cost management. She has a Master's degree in International Humanitarian Action.
