Debbie is a Program Coordinator and Grants and Finance Specialist at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Her work supports UrbanShift and the Urban Development team's efforts to provide advanced solutions for today’s environmental challenges. She supports the team through financial planning and administration, project management, as well as contracts and subcontracts management.
Prior to joining WRI, Debbie supported and monitored numerous nonprofit capacity building programs, civil society and human resource/workforce development programs, as well as comprehensive training programs in agriculture, women in development and vocational training for war-affected youth. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in International Development from Tulane University.
