Blanca serves as the Project and Events Officer for the C40 City Finance Programme, where she supports delivering Finance Academies, light technical assistance, research, and webinars.
Blanca holds a dual Master’s degree in International Affairs from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris and a BSc in Political and Social Sciences from the Free University Berlin. She has interned at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris and worked at the German fintech start-up N26 in Berlin.
