Bianca Macêdo

Bianca Macêdo serves as Clean Transport Finance Senior Manager for C40’s City Finance Programme. In this role, Bianca supports cities in accessing finance for sustainable transport projects. She supports city achievements of strong finance-related outcomes, bringing cities, financiers and private sector together to share experiences and learn from each other to discover new solutions. Prior to C40, she worked at the Municipality of Fortaleza, where led projects that raised the city’s mobility policies into international recognition. She also has experience in sustainable urban mobility plans, health, air quality and gender-responsive transport studies. She is a Civil Engineer graduated in the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) and holds a Master Degree in Transportation Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará, Brazil.
